hello. i own an iphone 3g, with firmware 4.2.1 (8C148). i've been on a plane lately and ever since i came down the plane (in which i used the plane mode) i cannot connect to the internet. when trying to enter safari i keep on getting the message "cannot open the page. safari connot open the page because it is not connected to the internet". the same problem with every application using internet.
i thought something was wrong with the wifi connection at my house, but the same thing happens in other places where i try to get access to the internet.
i've tried getting on the plane mode again, on and off, but nothing happens.
i also restoring the phone settings, and no luck either.
i'll appreciate any help.
thanks in advance. virginia
