I came across this review site last week. Another review site? Yes, another one, but quite an extensive one. It is from the creators of PriceRunner.com, and deals with over 24 markets, has reviews from over 60 countries, and has localised pages too.  Good thing is that they are not limited to the most popular products, but seem to be very complete.
